ADMISSION FOR DISABILITY AFFIRMATION
Disability affirmation independent track is one of the independent selection tracks for prospective students who have experienced disadvantage as a result of disability, illness or medical condition. The applicants of this affirmation tracks shall be waived registration fee. The registration and the selection procedure for disability affirmation applicants shall be accompanied by a disability expert.
A. Requirement
· Only applicants with disabilities can register through the disability affirmation track
· Prospective applicants must have graduated from high school or equivalent school in the last three years
· Applicants who have passed the Achievement-Based National Selection, Test-Based National Selection or Independent Track at Universitas Hasanuddin shall no longer be permitted to apply for the Disability Affirmation
B. Study Program Selection
Open to study programs at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, and Faculty of Public Health (except applicants with color blindness)
C. Registration Procedure
· The registration page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id will open according to the specified schedule
· On the registration page, log in to your account by entering your cellphone number and password.
· Fill in the information in the Options menu including education level, disability affirmation admission track, selected study program
· Fill in your biodata which includes personal identity, domicile address, parent data, previous educational institution, source of fees
· Uploading files including Scanned Passport Photo, National Identification Card, Family Card, Diploma/Diploma Replacement
· Print the Form
· 
File verification by the Committee according to the specified schedule
· Print test cards in color on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Results menu according to the specified schedule
· The test will be carried out according to the schedule specified and as stated on the test card
D. Assessment Procedure
· The Test Material for Disability Affirmation Track will be an interview
· A team of interviewers shall be proposed and enacted by the Dean
· The Interview will be performed and centered at Rectorate Building.
· The interview results will be added directly by the team via http://portalreg.unhas.ac.id
E. Acceptance Decision Procedure
· After the interview process is complete, the system will directly recapitulate the interview result data and issue a sequence of student names along with the grades in the system.
· The Rector, with Student Admission Committee, hold a Focus Group Discussion attended by Rector, Vice Rector and Dean of the Faculties to determine the accepted applicants.
· The acceptance is assessed based on affirmation and benefits/development.
· The outcome of FGD shall be enacted by Decree of Rector and announced online in each participant’s account via https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id.
· The announcement shall be performed according to the specified schedule
F. Education Fees
· Single Tuition Fees/Tuition Fees will be determined based on the income of the Parents
/Legal Representative.
· Re-registration/First Semester Single Tuition Fee Payment must be performed according to the specified schedule
