ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR DOCTORAL PROGRAM

DOCTORAL PROGRAM REGISTRATION 

  1. List of enrolling Study Programs is available on https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id on the Study Program Menu
  2. Before paying the registration fee, make sure you meet the requirements because registration fee is non-refundable.
  3. Registration fee payment is made through the bank appointed by Hasanuddin University 
  4. Online form filling starts  on https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  5. File verification
  6. Verification Result can be checked on the Prospective Student account
  7. Admission Test Card can be Printed 
  8. Socialization on network connection 
  9. Online Test
  10. Test Materials
    • Academic Potential Test
    • English Proficiency Test (EPT)
    • Study Prorgam/Interview
  11. Admission Test Results is announced online on each participant’s account 
  12. Re-registration/Tuition Fee Payment for Semester 1 (one) 

Requirements:

  • A prospective new student of Doctoral Program (S3) must have a Master’s Degree (S2) certificate or equivalent from an accredited study program or an accredited Public or Private University
  • Temporary Certificate of Graduation are permitted on condition that a copy of the original Certificate must be submitted to the Student Admission Committee before the re-registration deadline.

Registration Procedure:

  1. Before paying the registration fee, make sure you meet the requirements because registration fee is non-refundable.
  2. Registration page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id  
  3. Choose Admission Pathway –> Choose Mandiri S2
  4. Enter your Phone Number
  5. Enter your Name without a title
  6. Click Register
  7. Click procedure of payment (Mobile Banking, ATM, Teller)
  1. Pay the registration fee of 750.000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) through the bank appointed by Hasanuddin University 
  2. Participant’s cellular/WhatsApp number functions as user ID and the Access Code/PIN, printed on the proof of payment, as password.
  3. Online form filling on https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  4. On the Prospective Student Registration Login Form page: enter cellular/WhatsApp number inputted when paying the registration fee as username and enter the Access Code shown on the proof of payment as password.
  5. Participant who has paid and is unable to log in using the access code from the bank may send proof of payment to Helpdesk’s WhatsApp number (082194165656, 085343991587)
  6. Select Education Level.

  1. Fill out Biodata carefully.
  2. Upload requisite files completely:
    • Recent color photo (red background, outfit worn without attribute/logo)
    • Residential Identity Card
    • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) certificate
    • Bachelor’s degree (S1) academic transcript
    • Master’s Degree (S1) certificate
    • Master’s degree (S1) academic transcript
    • Accreditation of Original Study Program/University (Master’s Degree level) can be screen-captured on BAN PT website
    • Draft of thesis research plan (10 pages maximum, A4 size, Times New Roman font, 12 font size, 1.5 spacing), consisting of introduction, problem formulation, research methods, and expected results
    • A statement letter confirming not enrolling in one of the Study Programs and not having dropout (DO) status at Hasanuddin University. Download Statement Letter format
    • Proof of registration payment.
  1. Print the Admission Test Card after files have been verified and met the requirements assessed by the New Students Admission Committee 
  2. Color print the Admission Test Card on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Results
  3. A color-printed Admission Test Card will be shown to the Admission Test Supervisor before the test starts (participants’ attendance checking)
  4. Carefully read the information in the Admission Test Card regarding day, date, time, and test materials;
  5. Participant who has paid the registration fee but fails to register online within the registration period is declared disqualified and the registration fee is non-refundable.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ONLINE TEST:

Admission Test will be held online with the following conditions:

  • Participant prints Admission Test Card according to the printing schedule.
  • Participant prepares a computer/laptop set with Microsoft Windows Operating System to do the test.
  • Participant’s cell phone is connected to Zoom application.
  • Participant’s phone camera is directed to the Computer Monitor and the Participant. 
  • Ensure Good Internet Access in the respective place.
  • Log in to personal account on https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id.
  • Participant must be ready 1 hour before the test starts.
  • Time of the test follows the Central Indonesia Time zone (WITA).
  • Monitoring/Attendance Checking of Admission Test Participants is held via Zoom (obligatory to activate Audio and Phone Camera during the test).
  • Zoom ID and Password will be given before the test starts.
  • Socialization on network connection will be carried out one day before the test and must be attended by all participants.
  • The Admission Test Supervisor will contact participant to join a WhatsApp Group “Room Ujian” prior to the socialization on network connection. Contact the helpdesk in case participant has not been invited to join the WhatsApp Group “Room Ujian”.
