UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM (Bachelor Degree)

When you have decided it is time to join us at Hasanuddin University (UNHAS), next step is to start your application. Find specific information on what you need to do below, whether you’re still making plans or ready to apply today. 

1. This admission is one of the independent pathways conducted Hasanuddin University to select candidates who have outstanding academic performance besides their financial capability.

2. Candidates must have passed the high school (SMA or equivalent) within the last three years.

1. Sign up to register the candidate account on https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id

2. Complete registration payment through the Bank designated by Hasanuddin University.

3. WhatsApp (WA) number of candidates serves as user ID and Access Code/PIN serves as password printed on bank receipt.

4. Fill out the online form on https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id.

5. On the Registration Login Form page: for username, enter the WA Number used when completing registration payments and password enter the Access Code printed on the Bank Receipt.

6. For participants who have paid and cannot log in with an access code from the bank can send the copy of receipt to the Helpdesk (WhatsApp).

7. Fill out the Biodata carefully

11. Print the exam card in color on A4 paper

12. Exam Materials: English Proficiency Test (EPT), Personality Test, Interview

13. Network connection checking

14. The implementation of Online Exam:

a. Candidates print the exam card according to the exam card printing schedule.

b. Candidates prepare a Computer/Laptop with operating system (OS) Microsoft Windows to work on questions.

c. Candidates’ phones are connected to the Zoom application.

d. The position of the candidates’ phone camera is directed to the computer monitor and the candidate.

e. Ensure Good Internet Access in respective place.

f. Login with respective accounts on the https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id page.

g. Candidates shall be ready 1 hour before the exam starts.

h. The time used is Central Indonesian Time (WITA).

i. Monitoring will take place via Zoom (Audio and Phone Camera must on during the exam).

j. Zoom ID and Password will be given before the exam starts.

k. Network connection checking will be conducted one day before the exam and must be attended by all candidates.

l. The exam supervisor will contact candidates to join the WA Group “Exam Room before the network connection checking. m. Contact the helpdesk if the participant has not been included in the WA Group “Exam Room”.

a. Formulation of candidates’ test result.

b. Rector conducts FGD (Focus Group Discussion) entrance test result inviting Vice-Rectors, Secretary of University, and Deans of faculty.

c. Deans will get an Account for the application selection system

d. Deans shall login on the page https://portalreg.unhas.ac.id

e. The application system will show the list of candidates, test result, and quotas for each study program.

f. In the admission proposal column, the Deans recommend by selecting “Y” if Passed or “N” if not-passed.

g. The new student admission Committee prints the recommendation from the Dean to be used as an attachment to the Rector’s Decree concerning the announcement of new students admission results, independent pathways for International Class.

h. Online Announcement can be seen on the page https://portalreg.unhas.ac.id

i. Candidates can access the announcement through their respective account.

16. Candidates who pass the test shall complete the reregistration/tuition payment for Semester 1 (first).

Master Program

Master Degree. Term Dates are divided into two: August & February.

Full Time. Duration: 18-24 months

  3. File verification started
  4. Verification Result can be checked on the Prospective Student account
  5. Admission Test Card can be Printed

  7. Tests are conducted online:
    Test Materials:
    Academic Potential Test
    English Proficiency Test (EPT)
    Study Prorgam/Interview
  8. Admission Test Results is announced online on each participant’s account
  9. Re-registration/Tuition Fee Payment for Semester 1 (one)
  • A prospective new student of Master Program (S2) must have a Bachelor Degree (S1) certificate or equivalent from an accredited study program or an accredited Public or Private University
  • Temporary Certificate of Graduation are permitted on condition that a copy of the original Certificate must be submitted to the Student Admission Committee before the re-registration deadline.
  • Has never been declared a dropout (DO) at Hasanuddin University at the same educational strata.

 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  1. Register at registration page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
    Choose Admission Pathway –> Choose Mandiri S2
  2. Enter your Phone Number
  3. Enter your Name without a title
  4. Click Register
  5. Participant’s cellular/WhatsApp number functions as user ID and the Access Code/PIN, as password.
  6. Online form filling on https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  7. Participant who is unable to log in using the access code may contact Helpdesk’s WhatsApp number (082194165656, 085343991587)
  8. Select Education Level.
  9. Select a Study Program
  10. Fill out Biodata carefully.
  11. Upload requisite files completely:
    – Recent color photo (red background, outfit worn without attribute/logo)
    – Residential Identity Card
    – Bachelor’s Degree (S1) certificate
    – Bachelor’s degree (S1) academic transcript
    – Accreditation of Original Study Program/University (Master’s Degree level) can be screen-captured on BAN PT website
    – Draft of thesis research plan (10 pages maximum, A4 size, Times New Roman font, 12 font size, 1.5 spacing), consisting of introduction, problem formulation, research methods, and expected results
    – A statement letter confirming not enrolling in one of the Study Programs and not having dropout (DO) status at Hasanuddin University. Download Statement Letter format
    Proof of registration payment.
  12. Print the Admission Test Card after files have been verified and met the requirements assessed by the New Students Admission Committee
  13. Color print the Admission Test Card on A4 paper by clicking the Validation Results
  14. A color-printed Admission Test Card will be shown to the Admission Test Supervisor before the test starts (participants’ attendance checking)
  15. Carefully read the information in the Admission Test Card regarding day, date, time, and test materials;

  8. Participant must be ready 1 hour before the test starts.
  9. Time of the test follows the Central Indonesia Time zone (WITA).
  10. Monitoring/Attendance Checking of Admission Test Participants is held via Zoom (obligatory to activate Audio and Phone Camera during the test).
  11. Zoom ID and Password will be given before the test starts.
  12. Socialization on network connection will be carried out one day before the test and must be attended by all participants.
  13. The Admission Test Supervisor will contact participant to join a WhatsApp Group “Room Ujian” prior to the socialization on network connection.
  14. Contact the helpdesk in case participant has not been invited to join the WhatsApp Group “Room Ujian”.

Doctoral Program

Term dates: August & February

Full Time. Program Duration: 3 years. Prospective Students are able to choose how to conduct the doctoral program, either by course or by research
